Meridian Financial was established in 1977. Our corporate offices are located in Anaheim, California.  We are both brokers and bankers which gives our borrowers the advantage of direct lending with the flexibility to go outside to find the best program.

We do both 1^st and 2^nd mortgage loans to borrowers and we are approved by and do business with some of the largest lenders in the mortgage financing industry.

Our second mortgages do not necessarily require loan equity and are typically extended to those with fair to excellent credit. In instances of debt consolidation, we are able to extend credit to those who would not otherwise be afforded a good loan by the "major banks" while at the same time substantially reducing the borrower’s monthly payments.

At Meridian Financial, it is our goal to provide a variety of programs to our customers in order that they obtain the best rate available with a loan tailored to meet their individual needs.
